The U.S. has finalized tariffs on imports from China.

The United States Trade Representative (USTR) has finalized Section 301 tariff increases on Chinese imports, further escalating the ongoing trade conflict that has shaped global markets since 2018. Effective September 27, 2024, these tariffs impose significant cost increases on critical medical supplies and equipment.

The finalized tariff rates and their effective dates for healthcare-related products are outlined below. Enteral syringes are exempt until January 1, 2026.
